"That's creepy," Sam growled.

"Please do not shoot the messenger." Alex raises his hands innocently. "Ask her if you want to know the whole thing. I am just saying sorry about being an overprotective dick about the people I care about." Shrugging, he just kind of stares up at the tree.

"You weren't being a dick. You were being a good friend." Sam argued.

"That upset you. I did not trust him from the start, even before Luka told me he was bad. I have never liked him." Granted, Alex was being a jealous fuck, but whatever.

"We were friends once." Sam muttered, crossing her arms.

"I understand. I just got upset. It is nothing." Nope. Nothing at all. You never saw a thing, Sam. These are not the droids you are looking for.

Good thing Sam wasn't looking for droids then, "I get it."

"So...we good now?" Really really good thing Sam wasn't looking for droids.

"We're always good. I can't stay mad at you." Sam laughed, punching him softly in the shoulder. She actually had felt horrible after she yelled at him, but this was Sam, and she really hated apologizing or admitting that she was wrong. Stubborn idiot.

"Good. Because I raided your fridge and took a drink." With that, Alex tries to climb the tree again, before Sam could kick his ass into next
week. He didn't think that fell under the category of 'Can't stay mad at'.

"You're drunk?" Sam asked slowly, eyes wide.

"Maybe...?" Alex kept his ass up in the tree. Drunk or not, it didn't take much to realize that he was going to get killed by someone who had just apologized about 15 minutes ago.

"YES! Now I just have to get Jill, Luka, Kyo, Tet and Anne." Yes, Sam was plotting to get everyone drunk. "You don't want to see Neya drunk. It is scary."

Alex just...blinks. "Good luck getting Anne to drink. She hates the stuff." In all technicality, Alex hated it too, but whatever.

"I think I could get her to drink some wine, or I could just slip it into her drink like I did with Neya." Sam shrugged, not caring about Anne's opinion of it. She just wanted to see everyone's reactions.

Alex shrugs. "Again I say, good luck."

"I won't need it.~" Sam smirked

Alex tries hanging from the tree like a sloth, because...logic. "So...what has been happening this week?"

"Iunno. I've been in my own world, trying to figure out how long I have before needing to move the doll again. I don't want to keep it in my house, but I don't want to keep it at anyone else's for too long. It can still affect someone who's not Ella, not as badly of couse, but still." Sam had been having major migraines from trying to figure all the calculations out.

Alex frowns. "Why do you not keep it with Ella?"

"Because it's Ella and she's retarded enough to accidentally touch it." Sam replied simply, since it really was true.

"Hide it in a box in her room, maybe? Do not tell her it is in there, and just...hide it under her bed or something?" Sadly, Alex didn't seem to be about to try to disprove Sam's comment about Ella being retarded. Because it was kind of...true. There's no way to have a logical argument about the truth.

"She'll be able to sense it. She just knows these kinds of things. It creeps me out." Sam shivered, remembering Ella asking to go to the museum once. She never asked again, not after being told that they don't go there anymore.

"Well, Ella had helped Luka track down the doll in the first place. I am not sure how exactly, but I believe she can somehow just...find them somehow." Well, seems like Luka's been keeping Alex pretty informed, to an extent. Because...logic.

"Probably. I wouldn't doubt it. Ella's just entirely magic or something. She's been in practically every single life." Sam pointed out, knowing that Ella was a complete Mary-Sue with her Moral Compass as straight as a ruler.
