"You could at least seal them away, maybe with Held, until you find a way to destroy them." Kostya was trying to help, he really was but he also wanted to make her feel like he wasn't going to ask about what happened earlier. He totally was when they figured this thing out, but she didn't have to know that just yet.

"I guess."

"Would you rather hold onto them? The twins don't have magic, so they couldn't open a magically sealed box." Kostya, just stop it. She won't be happy until she finds a way to get rid of the mirrors forever.

"Yeah, now I just need a way to magically seal them, and we'd be all fine and happy, wouldn't we..?" Grumbling, Luka puts the mirrors back inside the box.

"Luka, you have yourself, you have me, you have the witch of Marigod, you have Ella and I'm pretty sure that Lily was one of the girls tested with you. You also know where three gods are. I think we'll be able to figure it out."

Luka counts off most of these possibilities with her fingers. "The witch of Marigold can't remember her magic, Ella isn't serious enough to try to do this, Lily was only admitted into the testing due to her family. Only one of those gods knows that she's a god, and barely knows how to use her power correctly. The other two know neither of those."

"Okay, well, Ella actually got serious." Kostya said, raising an eyebrow. "Things started happening unexpectedly and she taught me control when I asked her to. She can help, and I'm sure that Sam remembers her magic if she remembers Meta. It's only logical, right? As for Lily, then... Ugh But couldn't you just... Tell the gods?"

"Okay, maybe Ella, but seriously. She made lockers come to life, Kostya. I already asked Sam. She does not remember how to do anything. You can tell them if you want, but you'd have an angry Sam on you."

"I made cupcakes fly," Kostya shrugged, "It wasn't supposed to happen but it did." Angry Sam was a Scary Sam, and he didn't want to die, so no thank you.

"You made...?" Luka couldn't help it, the corner of her mouth tugged up a little at the thought of Kostya with little cupcakes flying around.

"One didn't hit me in the face, I refuse to admit it!" Kostya shouted, staring at her small smile. He knew Ella told people, he just knew it! That lying little girl!

"Of course, of course." Stifling a laugh, Luka goes back to studying the box, trying to find some way to seal it.

Kostya muttered about Ella and cupcakes before refocusing on the box. "Duct tape could work too."

"Duct tape could work. She goes over to her suitcase and takes out a roll of the tape, basically wrapping the whole roll around that one little box.

"Ta-da! Box sealed." Kostya grinned, crossing his arms in triumph. "Now can you tell me why you got mad at Ella? She's probably down there, worrying about what she did to make you angry with her and you know I'm right."

"I'm not angry at her. I was angry about the mirrors. Ella's very susceptible to Sin vessels, Kostya." This wasn't exactly a lie...or wrong, for that matter.

"She's also the least vain or prideful person I know." Kostya pointed out. The idea of Ella becoming anything like Anne, no offense to the little blonde, was preposterous.

"The mirrors don't just work with pride. The mirrors turn your worst insecurities into hubris, and timidness into arrogance. You can't win with these things, no matter how non-arrogant you are."

"Well that sucks," Kostya sighed, "I'm staying away from that box now."

"Good. Stay away. Stay faaaaar away." To emphasize her point, Luka punts the box under the bed, then takes Kostya's hand to drag him to the other side of the room. "Do not touch."

"Wasn't planning to." Kostya laughed, smiling at the girl, "Okay, now go make-up with Ella before she starts crying."

"Mmkay." Luka shrugs and heads downstairs. "Ellaaaaaaaaaaa."

Ella looked up from her spot on the couch, "Luka!"

"I'm sorry if I upset you earlier. I just didn't want you around those mirrors. You know you, Anne, and Tet are the worst when it comes to being influenced by stuff."

Ella glared slightly, "You're lying." Best friend powers go!
